Background: Stunting is a complex public health problem that requires coordinated action across sectors and active community participation. The Family Assistance Team (TPK), consisting of midwives, Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) cadres, and Family Planning (PLKB) cadres, plays an important role in reaching families at risk of stunting. Objective: This study aimed to analyze factors related to TPK partnership performance in accelerating stunting reduction in Panggungharjo Village, Sewon District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta. Methods: A sequential explanatory mixed-method design was used. Quantitative data were collected from 48 respondents using a five-point Likert questionnaire, while qualitative data were obtained through in-depth interviews with 12 key informants. Quantitative data were analyzed descriptively and with multiple linear regression, while qualitative data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman framework, supported by source and technique triangulation. Results: Most respondents reported high work motivation (75%; mean 4.2), while compensation was rated moderate (mean 3.1), with 50% considering incentives disproportionate to workload and 58% reporting that training was not optimal. Competence was generally good (mean 4.0), although 42% reported difficulties in managing complex stunting-related cases. Routine cross-sectoral coordination was reported by 75% of respondents, but 33% perceived communication as inconsistent. Community support was generally positive (mean 3.7), although 25% reported limited trust among some families with strong traditional beliefs. Qualitative findings reinforced the importance of intrinsic motivation, adequate incentives, continuous training, clear role distribution, consistent coordination, and culturally responsive community engagement. Conclusion: TPK partnership performance is supported by strong intrinsic motivation and adequate competence but remains constrained by compensation, capacity-building opportunities, coordination consistency, and sociocultural barriers. Strengthening incentives, continuous technical training, structured multisectoral coordination, and participatory approaches adapted to local values is recommended.
